Terms of service

Collection Pieces: 

• For collection pieces made to order in a particular size not offered by Lethbridge, a 50% non refundable deposit is required. For these orders please allow a 4-6 week lead time for CAD resizing, printing, casting, polishing and hallmarking. 
  
  

• We are happy to fulfil an order of an item out of stock. For these items, please allow a 3-4 week lead time for printing, casting, polishing and hallmarking.
  
  

Bespoke Designs: 

• Lethbridge bespoke offers a free design consultation to discuss bespoke designs. 
  
  
• A detailed presentation with initial design options is then developed by Lethbridge for a fee of £250. These design options provide a starting point for bespoke pieces and can be adjusted/altered to meet the customers wishes. 
  
  
• Should a customer wish to proceed with a design a 50% deposit is required before CAD imagery is developed and the piece is cast, polished and hallmarked.
